Similarly as in all other electoral acts held in Slovakia, in the elections to regional self-governments in November 2017, the Institute for Public Affairs analyzed the pre-election situation, evaluated the various contexts of the elections (overall socio-political atmosphere, electoral behavior of citizens, party politics, self-government) and after the elections provided expert opinion about results.
