Debate on Europe at international theatre festival
Ode to Joy? was a motto of the jubilee 25th year of the international festival Divadelná Nitra 2016 which was held in Nitra from 23rd to 28th September 2016. President of the Institute for Public Affairs attended one of its side events - a public debate about Europe at the Old Theatre of Karol Spišák - where he discussed with a foreign policy analyst and activist Pavol Demeš and with philosopher Peter Kondrla from Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra. The discussion was led by a dramaturge and director of Divadelná Nitra Darina Kárová. Panellists were focusing on the European past and presence and outlined possible perspectives of the European future.
