On March 28, 2017, Grigorij Mesežikov participated at the conference Quo Vadis, Democracy? 

He was a speaker in the panel on democracy and populism, and he also chaired the panel on Russia’s propaganda. The event was organized by the think tank INEKO in collaboration with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
