Panel discussion on migration and refugees at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences

On 8 December 2016, the discussion Risks and Constrains of Democratic Political Culture vis-á-vis the so-called Refugee Crisis took place at the Faculty of social and economic sciences of the Comenius University in Bratislava.

The event was connected to the IVO new publication Open Country or Impenetrable Fortress? Slovakia, migrants and refugees.The discussion was organized by the Institute for Public Affairs, in cooperation with the Institute of European Studies and International Relations, Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences and Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung, Prague office.

Students from Slovakia and other countries discussed with Zuzana Bargerová, Miroslava Hlinčíková and Grigorij Mesežnikov – the authors and editors of books the aforementioned book. The debate was moderated by Oľga Gyárfášová.
