Annotation

Based on the need to summarize the diverse context of migration issues in Slovakia into a compact analytical unit and to draw the attention of the public to its particular dimensions and contexts, the Institute for Public Affairs and the regional office of Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung in Prague publish a book enabling readers to look on the current movement across borders – in Europe and its surroundings – from different angles: through numbers, statistics and public policies that are implemented, through the wider context of migration in Europe and Slovakia, through gender optics, integration policy, internal aspects and the image of migration in Slovak media. The book is available only in Slovak.
