Grigorij Mesežnikov at meeting with members of the Diplomatic Club
Invited by foreign diplomats, accredited in Slovakia, Grigorij Mesežnikov, attended the regular meeting of members of the Diplomatic Club in Bratislava on March 5, 2014. In his introductory speech and in subsequent debate, IVO president spoke about the contexts and significance of the 2014 presidential elections, their peculiarities in comparison with the presidential elections held in 2009, the profiles and electoral support of individual candidates as well as the possible scenarios of post-election development in case of alternative variants of citizens’ voting. He presented analytical conclusions based on the results of IVO long-term research activities. The event was organized by the Embassy of Finland in Bratislava, and totally 22 diplomats took part in the event.
