The World Movement for Democracy is a global network of activists, practitioners, scholars, policy makers, and funders, who have come together to cooperate in the promotion of democracy. The World Movement’s Seventh Assembly has taken place in Lima, Peru, in October 14-17, 2012.
Martin Butora, honorary president of the Institute for Public Affairs, spoke about the development of the organizations of the third sector in Slovakia during one of the workshops of the Assemby called Enhancing the Policy impact of Democracy research.
