Slovakia has undergone a turbulent development over the last twenty years. How would you evaluate it?

In the broader context Slovakia is undoubtedly a "success story" - in twenty years Slovakia has undergone an incredible transformation. Although, it is not different from other post-socialist countries that joined the EU and NATO, we had here a more difficult conditions and situations when it did not seem very good with Slovakia, but we have overcome these difficulties. We live as free people in a free society, we have democracy, market economy that can provide a relatively high standard of living, despite of the problems with the economic crisis our economy is still thriving, as a member of NATO we have a security guarantees....
