IVO participated in the scientific publication on citizenship, participation and deliberation

On Tuesday, May 24, 2011 the book titled “Citizenship, participation and deliberation in Slovakia: theory and reality” was introduced in a bookstore Artforum in Bratislava.

Work of over two dozen experts from the Slovak Academy of Sciences, Comenius University and the NGO sector was created under the Institute for Research in Social Communication (Slovak Academy of Sciences), with support of Centre of Excellence for Research on Citizenship and Participation. Chief editor of the publication is prof. PhDr. Jana Plichtová, CSc.

The project ran for four years. The co-authors of publication are also IVO analysts Martin Bútora, Zora Bútorová and Oľga Gyárfášová.
