Slovak Judiciary As Seen by the Public, Experts, and Judges

Objective: The purpose of the project is to analyze the opinions of the public, experts, and judges regarding the issues and challenges of Slovak judiciary faces, their causes, and potential solutions. During one year, a continual survey was conducted, monitoring opinions of general public (representative sample of the Slovak population), as well as of experts and judges (organized in two separate panels of respondents). The results of the research are analyzed and widely published in the media on quarterly basis. Research findings and analytical conclusions can be used in public and expert discussion and will provide arguments in favor of the systematic changes in the Slovak judiciary.
