Co-organizing institutions: Multikultúrní Centrum Praha, Villa Decius Association, Rejs e.V., Institute for Public Affairs

Objective: Project deals with deal with the ethnic themes in central European cities. Project is organized by Multicultural Centre Prague in cooperation with Institute for Public Affairs, Villa Decius Association and Rejs e.V. (magazine Plotki). Main activity is to organize travelling seminars in Ostrava (Czech Republic) and Krakow (Poland), 16 – 21 April 2010, in Bratislava (Slovakia) and Vienna (Austria), 14 – 18 May 2010 and in Berlin (Germany), 18 – 21 June 2010. Institute for Public Affairs is responsible for a organizing seminar in Bratislava and Vienna. Seminars are open to researchers, journalists and artists interested in topics such as urban studies, ethnicity or diversity. The outcome of this project will contain several case studies and media material as photo series, audiovisual recordings etc.
