IVO and Heinrich Böll Stiftung holds a workshop on national populism
IVO in cooperation with Heinrich Böll Stiftung (Germany) is going to organize a workshop focused on issues related to national populism. The event is a part of the project National Populism vs. Inter-Cultural Dialog in Slovakia: Political Factors and Values. The main objective of the project is to identify possible ways of diminishing the efficiency of populist strategies, neutralization of populist appeals, elaboration of the adequate response against populist illiberal politics and strengthening the elements of inter-cultural dialog in Slovak society. Participants from Slovakia, the CzechRepublic and Hungary will analyze factors shaping the populist politics in the context of value orientations of the population and performance of political parties.
