Zora Bútorová presented the Plus for Women 45+ project at two international conferences

Women and Men in mid-age at the labour market was the topic of Zora Bútorová’s presentation at the 14th annual prestigious international conference New Trends in Personal Management 2008, organised by Trenkwalder agency on April 1-2. Following this, Zora Bútorová participated in the international conference Seniors at the labour market, prepared by the Central Office for work, social affairs and family together with the Club of Silver Heads (Klub strieborných hláv). Both presentations were based on research findings of the Plus for Women 45+ project financed from the European social fund within IS EQUAL.



Almost 160 specialists on human resources participated in the New Trends in Personal Management conference.


Finnish expert and Plus for Women 45+ collaborator Prof. Juhani Ilmarinen participated in the Seniors on the work market conference to introduce his book Towards a longer working life. Aging and the quality of work life in the European Union translated into Slovak.
