Political participation of women: possibilities and limits in Slovakia (2020)

Project team: Oľga Gyárfášová (researcher, coordinator), Zora Bútorová (researcher), Marian Velšic, Grigorij Mesežnikov (reviewer), Ján Bartoš (organizational and technical support, publication graphic processing), Alena Adamková (financial management). 

Objective: The project focuses on factors related to the political participation of women in Slovakia. It examines gender inequalities in the light of statistical data. Based on the conducted representative public opinion polls, it deals with the perception of women’s status and equal opportunities, analyzes the public‘s views on political participation of women, and compares state and the trends in recent years.
