IVO project team: Grigorij Mesežnikov (mentor), Ján Bartoš (manager).

Objective: The project included several-weeks-study-stay of scholar from one of the countries of the former Soviet Union focused on gaining the new knowledge about democratic transition in Central Europe. In February - March 2012 Liliya Khramtsova, expert from non-governmental organization Together in the future ("В будущее вместе") from Novosibirsk, Russia, held study leave in IVO. She continued to work on her research topic (Democratization and development processes in the Siberian region).
