The Slovakia 1996 – 2010 DVD: a new tool of promoting in-depth knowledge of Slovakia’s transformation

Objective:
IVO’s new product, The Slovakia 1996 – 2010 DVD includes 14 issues of the Slovak version of Slovensko. Súhrnná správa o stave spoločnosti, 9 issues of the English version of Slovakia. A Global Report on the State of Society, and 3 books in English – Slovakia 2008, 2009, 2010. Trends in Quality of Democracy.

We will disseminate the DVD to all interested individuals – students, analysts, journalists, commentators, politicians, public officials, diplomats, as well as to relevant institutions – librar libraries at high schools and universities, think-tanks, NGOs and other grass-root organizations, municipalities, regional associations, and media.

We are encouraging individuals and organizations to support this project:

  • by purchasing a DVD for themselves at 25 euros a piece;
  • by purchasing DVDs for other institutions and individuals – and thus becoming a donor of our DVDs (IVO can take care of the distribution of DVDs to them);
  • by spreading information about the DVD to other institutions and individuals who might be interested in IVO’s comprehensive knowledge of Slovakia.

We will publish the list of donors as well as the list of organizations and individuals who got the donation on our website.
