IVO on the European Parliament Elections

Objective:
The aim of the project is to provide the international and the Slovak public with the analytical insight into various aspects of the 2009 European Parliament elections in Slovakia (factors of electoral behavior and electoral mobilization, course of pre-election campaign, nature of public debate, political parties’ mission statements, and election outcomes). Within the project, the experts from IVO took part in the international workshop on the European Parliament election in Budapest and released several analytical articles and comments (available at www.infovolby.sk and www.boell.cz) together with the articles and interviews published in numerous Slovak media.
