Objective: To gain empirical knowledge about the decision-making process of first-time voters, to undertake a retrospective evaluation of this process, to gain information about the way the non-governmental organizations’ election campaign was perceived, and to analyze the broader context of the voting behavior of first time voters. All of this was accomplished through qualitative research conducted by focus groups. Two focus groups numbering twenty participants were held on September 15th and 16th - right before the parliamentary elections. 17 members of the same focus group participated in a second part of the research that took part after the elections.
