Policy Association for an Open Society (PASOS) released policy brief A new beginning? Democracy support in EU external relations under the Lisbon Treaty, which has been prepared within the project Return to Europe. Institute for Public Affairs has been PASOS partner in this project. The recent paper was carried out by the Institute of Public Affairs, Poland, for the project, who prepared it in co-operation with the European Partnership for Democracy (EPD).
