Slovakia Twenty Years After the First Free Elections and Two Days Before the Seventh Free Parliamentary Elections
On June 9, 2010, the Institute for Public Affairs (IVO) and the POLIS Foundation organized the premiere of the book Where Are We? Mental Maps of Slovakia in Žilina. The presentation was followed by a Q&A session. The co-authors Dr. Martin Bútora, Dr. Grigorij Mesežnikov and Dr. Zora Bútorová spoke about the developments of the Slovak society over the past twenty years, but also about the intricate Slovak political scene two days before the parliamentary elections. The Q&A session was moderated by Mr. Vladimír Tasarovič, CENAA analyst.
