Economic aspects of migration and integration of third-country nationals in Slovakia

Objective: Research project focuses on mapping of economic aspects of migration and integration. Main methodological tool will be quantitative research focused on third-country national migrants (roughly 250 – 300 respondents). A quantitative research on migrants has not been carried out yet in Slovakia; it will enable to make comparisons in the future. In addition to the survey results some qualitative interviews, secondary analysis of existing qualitative data and statistical data will be analyzed in order to have deeper insight into economic participation and economic conditions of migrants in Slovakia. The output of the project will be a research report and web site about migration.
