National Populism vs. Inter-Cultural Dialog in Slovakia: Political Factors and Values

Objective:
The main objective of the proposed project is to identify possible ways of diminishing the efficiency of populist strategies, neutralization of populist appeals, elaboration of the adequate response against populist illiberal politics and strengthening the elements of inter-cultural dialog in Slovak society. IVO analysts will elaborate analysis of factors shaping the populist politics in two dimensions: value orientations of the population (socio-cultural background of populism) and performance of political parties
